The St Nicks Warehouse Arts & Crafts Show
is the single biggest fund raiser for Henry Ford II athletics
and we can't do this without YOUR help!! Parents - Please
review the list of jobs and areas where you could come and help
for an hour, two hours or the whole day - whatever time you are
willing to donate we will graciously accept.

Don't forget to support YOUR athletic booster club throughout the year by attending the monthly meetings which are held every 2nd Monday of the month @ 7:00 p.m. in the E.C.C. room Athletes - You should be checking with your respective coaches to find out what areas and times you are required to work during the show. This fund raiser is for you and a lot of people put their time and effort into making this show a success to benefit your sports program!!

Set-Up
Description: Tuesday & Wednesday - responsible for general set-up of the show: putting up signs, setting up tables and chairs running electrical cords/extensions Friday - responsible for helping the artists get their displays in the building form 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Concessions
Description: Saturday & Sunday during show hours - responsible for helping run our St. Nick's Warehouse Cafe - replenishing food, clearing tables, adults needed for cash registers and assisting student volunteers who are circulating show taking orders from and delivering food to our artists.
3. Admissions/Doors
Description: Saturday & Sunday during show hours - responsible for collecting admission fees at one of five doors. This should be primarily adult volunteers as students cannot handle money. Student volunteers can work doors handing out programs and stamp cards to each shopper or stamping hands for re-entry.
4. Stamp Stations
Description: Saturday & Sunday during show hours - responsible for stamping each shoppers stamp card at one of six stamp stations. This is primarily student volunteers.
5. Parking Lot
Description: Friday set-up from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for general set-up of signs and cones for parking lots. Saturday & Sunday during show hours - responsible for directing traffic both days, assisting with shuttle on Saturday, and help with tear-down on Sunday after show.
6. Security
Description: Saturday & Sunday during show hours - responsible for supervising unstaffed doors, monitoring unused areas of school and security assistance to other show areas (primarily adults.)
7. Raffles
Description: Saturday & Sunday during show hours - selling 50/50 raffle tickets (adults only) and Sunday only assisting in continuous raffle.
8. Tear-Down/Clean-Up
Description: Sunday after 3 p.m. - responsible for helping artists leave building then general tear down of tables, chairs, signs, etc. and clean-up of building.
